So sorry for not being able to reach the Scribbles domain for the past hour. There was a configuration change with our provider that caused us being unavailable to reach — this was not our change (I was sleeping). Custom domain names were not affected and your site should have remained available regardless.

Sorry for the little blip for a few minutes. Had an exhausted server due to some image transforms happening in another process (will make sure to mitigate this in future).

The original email issue has been fixed by the upstream provider. Thanks all for waiting. I did revert some settings in the meantime which solved it momentarily, however we're back to normal and all up to date. It was not related to a development email (a feature I am working on) being marked as spam, phew.
A quick update on sending emails. This seems to be an issue with recent upgrades, I’ll investigate and fix this and update accordingly.
❌ We're currently experiencing an issue with our mail provider that is stopping us sending confirmation emails, and others like domain name notifications. Will keep you updated once I hear more. I believe this is an automatic flag due to some testing yesterday which stopped further outgoing emails after one email was automatically flagged as spam.
Please feel free to email if you need confirmations approved and I'll do it manually.
All sites are back up and running. Sorry for any downtime. The server was working as expected, but there seems to be issues with SSL certificates and routing for the sheer amount of custom domain names. It's unclear what the real solution here is, except to never touch the server config again (which isn't great). Super sorry for this yet again.
I am going to think of a longterm solution and try and get this resolved considering custom domain names are at the heart of Scribbles.

We've been aware of some speed issues the last few days. I'm making changes that should improve things. Appreciate the patience. If you find things are continuing to be slow, please just get in touch.
Sorry for the small downtime today. I had to do some important server maintenance and then it takes around 10 - 15 minutes for sites to become available. Should all be back to normal now. Hopefully not too disruptive. If your sites continues to be down, please email (although it's all look good from what I can see).
