What to Write When You Enjoy Reading Everything?

When I decided recently on the personal project of writing a novel, I started to do a bit of research on how to go about it and how to pick what exactly to write about.  A number of things I read advised: Write what you enjoy reading. ...  ... ... But... I enjoy reading almost everything. I'm not devoted to reading any particular genre and, I'll be honest, I'm not that devoted to reading any particular authors.
