Talking to myself
I don’t journal. I have tried but just couldn’t get into a rhythm with it. It seems strange to me to write thoughts down that only I will read - if I even read them again. That said I do sometimes talk to myself - usually in the car when I’m by myself! I know, I know! But isn’t it kind of the same? I find that vocalising my thoughts and feelings is therapeutic and can really provide some clarity when I need to make a decision or take action - a bit like journaling can for others.
