And Breathe

Yesterday I said I would be brave and hand in my notice today. I’ve done it. It’s a big relief and it starts my lengthy notice period allowing me to start looking at new opportunities. Everyone’s been totally awesome and supportive and been checking in on me today to see how I am. It’s these lovely people I am going to miss a lot and that’s actually made me quite sad. I do work with some truly great folks.

The future all of a sudden looks kind of uncertain and whilst my shoulders now feel somewhat unburdened, I am feeling quite exposed. However, I’m comfortable and will take what time I need to focus on where I want to go moving forwards whatever that might end up being.
