Introduction

Scribbles ("the Service") is provided by Vincent Ritter Consulting ("the Provider"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Description of Service

Scribbles is a blogging platform. We provide tools to create and manage blogs, publish posts, use custom domains, and control privacy and discoverability.

Prohibited Activities

Accounts found to contain or facilitate illegal activities will be terminated immediately without prior notice. We reserve the right to report such activities to relevant authorities.

Any attempts to compromise or harm our servers or other customers are strictly prohibited. Account holders are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

Service Discretion

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at our sole discretion.

Subscription and Pricing

Payments for new accounts are handled by Stripeopen in new window. Scribbles partners with Stripe for simplified billing. You'll see a charge from LINK.COM* SCRIBBLES on your statement. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. A trial is usually offered for new accounts.

We maintain the right to modify subscription fees at our discretion. Customers will receive at least 30 days' notice via email of any pricing changes, providing the opportunity to terminate their subscription before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the modified fees.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on initial payments.

Cancellation

We may mark your account as inactive and delete it after a defined period as set out in our notifications. We will notify you before deletion and you may reactivate before that date.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranty. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree to release Vincent Ritter Consulting, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, representatives, employees, partners and licensors from any and all liability connected with your activities. In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Liability

You agree that we are not liable to you or to any third party for damages of any kind that result from the use of the Services, inability to access data, or unauthorized access of your data or account. We are also not liable for damages of any kind related to actions of any third party that uses the Services, or any other consequences related to the Terms or the Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, representatives, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through Scribbles, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Terms Acceptance

By activating an account, you acknowledge and accept these terms and policies. We reserve the right to modify these terms without notice.
