Week in review April 29- May 5, 2024

Weekly highlights: 🎳 Winter league season is almost over but my scores last week were slightly below average. 167, 165, 170 = 502 series. For some reason, my 174 average has stayed so that is some good news. Team got swept, opponents out bowled us big time 📔 Comic book day was on Saturday and as a comic artist, I met some pro comic book artists and had a good conversation with one of them. Broken friendship

This is probably based on my life story but added an alternative world in this twist where a girl cuts a guy out of her life and decides to work as a store mannequin which ultimately erases her from existence except the guy who cuts the friendship with pencil sketch Color process Almost done And of course while not completed, it’s a sketchbook content anyways and probably will never get completed.  If I was ever to make a whole story in a comic form, the names would be different

Week in review 3/18-3/24

🎨 Art: Got some markers and a Rendr Sketchbook to prepare for April 🎳 Bowling: week 27 is complete as our team took 6 of 8 points for the first time without our 4th bowler. My scores were a bit above average 184, 159, 180 = 523 series. My teammates were way off on their game. Despite this, no one dropped their averages. My art, where it’s headed and what my plans are

Where my art is currently at: I had gotten back into drawing into a regular basis since 2007 but since 2020, I had been taking sketchbooks more seriously and wanted to take it on a professional level. Since then I am currently on my 8th sketchbook but in April, I’ll be working on a 9th one which will be on a rendr sketchbook, my challenge is to use markers more just to figure out color theory and character design. I hope I will commit to this challenge, right now I’m on the Stillman and Birn Zeta series and I swear...
