Darren on Discipline vs Motivation

What I have learned, is that discipline, though harder to come-by, is the key to getting these things done.  Without discipline, no matter how much external influcence you digest for motivation, it will fade and you’re left on your own.

I think Darren nails it. I mean, there can be many interpretations and arguments but to me, this rings true. I often bitch complaint about my lack of motivation and yes there is some of that but, I feel like if I apply myself and develop discipline, the motivation eventually will come by. I have been there where I am disciplined and focused. It'll be hard at first, it has been, but eventually, well, we shall see.
