Watergate Cake (Pistachio)
Cakes and Icing1 package of white cake mix
1 package 3.5 oz pistachio pudding
mix
1 cup salad oil
3 eggs
.5 cups chopped pecans
1
cup club soda
Combine all ingredients. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees. Cake is done when it springs back at touch (approximately 45 to 50 minutes).
Frost when cooled. Garnish with pecans.
Frosting:
1 3.5 oz package pistachio pudding mix.
1 large
carton Cool Whip
- Mix well together.
