Fudge Roll
Candy3 cups of sugar
3 squares of chocolate
1.5 cups milk
3 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
.5 cups of nuts
- Boil gently, stirring frequently, sugar, butter and milk.
- When soft balls forms when portion is tested in a cup of cold water, remove the candy from the stove and do not stir for 30 minutes.
- Add vanilla and beat until thick and creamy.
- Takes in hands and knead well, shape into two inch roll and sprinkle with nuts.
