Egg Nog
Beverages8 egg yolks
8 egg whites
1 pint heavy cream (2 cups)
1
quart milk
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon sherry or rum flavoring
1. Blend yolks.
Blend egg whites and sugar until stiff.
Blend yolks and whites together for 20 seconds at high speed.
Add flavoring, cream and milk to mixture and blend until creamy.
Place in punch bowl. Garnish with nutmeg.
